Riviera Marina Fishing Report

We are getting a few stripers in the 1 to 5 pound range here along the shores of the Colorado River. Here below the Davis Dam the stripped bass fishing has been doing well.
Up on Lake Mohave a bit slow as of yet a few anglers have been landing some of the small mouth bass with various plastics working well. One of my favorites is the z-manns trd tubes in a pp&j color (peanut butter and jelly) with the ned rig. Just an example there are many that are great rigs to use. Anyway not much striper action as of yet on the lake.
Our visiting angler from Wrightwood, California Mark Kulaga was fishing from his Kayak drifting an anchovy behind him and landed a nice 4.56 pound striper at 22 and 3/4 inches. He landed this fish just below our community park. I have been getting reports of various spots producing well.
The lower part of Rotary park the shore line ant community park and the area across from the casions. This is to just to name a couple of spots that have been producing some fish. Not much word from the marsh as of yet but not to worry the large mouth bass will be done guarding the fry (baby fish) and should be hungry in the next week or so. No word on catfish as of yet. The carp are in spawn and they have the water all stirred up and cloudy.
Hope this helps for now and we look forward to seeing you in soon to share that catch and the story how you did. Mostly thanks for all of your support see you soon Now Go Catch A Fish Rusty Riviera Marina 520 Riviera Blvd. Bullhead City Az. 928-763-8550
